Sometimes I just need a quick fix. At a certain age most people have their routine when getting ready and so do I, but ever so often I either do not have the time to follow it or I just don't like what I see. And right then and there bright lipsticks become my weapon of choice. It's not like I don't use the aproximate 40 lipsticks I own regularly, but I DON'T. So putting on bright lipstick while keeping the rest of the make up simple(=taking 2 min. to put on foundation and mascara) is something special. It changes the entire look and gives you a very artsy attitude. People will look at you and you will have to take it. B/c you look great. In spring/summer red hues with orange undertones are really great b/c they complement fresh and popping colors well and are not as severe as deep red lipstick. I personally like to keep my outfit very understated when wearing red lips as seen on the right. But you can also go for a more romantic look with it or try Kirsten Dunst's color blocking look.
